She doesn't have a fever, but she's not really responding. Once when I took her temperature it was 96.7 (which is just under the 36°C danger point for sepsis), but just now it was 98.7. She'll open her eyes, and once when I sneezed she told me she wasn't asleep, but even with her eyes open she doesn't seem to be looking at anything, just staring.

I have no idea if sitting here is doing her good. I hope so -- she does know I'm here. But my guess is she won't remember tomorrow.
