I see I haven't posted an update about Marsha recently. We're still struggling to get the nursing home folks to turn her every two hours. We've got a new mouse for her -- a camera that sits on top of the monitor and looks for a shiny dot (glued to her glasses), so that the mouse cursor follows the movement of her head. It works well, but it's very dependent on the placement of the bedside table with computer and mouse. We also have Big Red Button to replace the mouse button -- it's actually too big, about 5 inches in diameter, so we have one about half that diamter on order. She's also using the small Logitech trackball -- the head mouse for moving the cursor over large distances, and the trackball for fine control.
